WHS Audits
Each year, it is estimated that work-related injuries in Australia cost in excess of $60 billion, with a significant amount of this cost directly impacting the community in which we live and work. We can help you with your workplace assessments.
Fortunately, many of these injuries are preventable or able to be significantly reduced through early intervention assessments and programs.
What is a WHS Audit?
The process of assessing a workplace and identifying any hazards that may put employees at risk. The audit can either be an informal walk around or a formal planned inspection, however in both cases, it is a documented process and demonstrates why safety is important in the workplace.
The Process
- Identify areas to assess - You may have concerns about particular areas in your workplace. It is important to identify these as a place to start.
- Conduct the audit & document the findings - Either a planned inspection or informal walk around is completed. We will take notes during our visit to then document findings and highlight where improvement is needed.
- Share the report and create an action plan- We will share our findings with you and help to make plans to ensure your workplace is safe and continually improving.
